Lisa is a Tribal Style Belly Dance instructor,
Yoga Dance facilitator, Hatha Yoga teacher, and Fitness
Instructor. She has a rounded experience with teaching to
a variety of abilities and ages; from children to seniors.
She encourages those who dance with her to dance from their
heart, work within their range of motion, and to let their
spirit soar. She is forever following her heart, taking
herself to the edges of soulful experience, and encouraging
others to open their hearts to a more creative life. Dance
